We designed and implemented a comprehensive office automation system, including a Computer-Based Testing (CBT) solution, for iLearn Africa. This project involved business process analysis and the development of an automated system for client records management, financial management, and examination management. The solution has significantly improved operational efficiency and enhanced client experiences.
